Eggs, cake, and dancing

Hello again! What a beautiful Easter it was this year. We went down to Boise and stay with friends(the Moore Family) on Saturday night, and then went to church and met up with my family. The girls were in matching dresses with flowers in their hair and the boys had matching shirts. When we got back from church we told the kids the Easter Bunny had set up an Easter Egg hunt for them...Brielle wasn't fully aware of what was going on until she saw some pink eggs "hidden" just for her. They all had a blast! As usual it wasn't enough time with Grandma and Papa...we always want more, but we enjoyed ourselves!

Papa and 3 of the kids

Ruthie slept through the big hunt.
Micah fillin' up the bucket!

She talked Papa into helping her look.
My hunny and me.
All the kids!
Brielle and Mary watching the squirrels.
The next couple pictures are of the kids playing. I like catching them when they don't know I'm watch...it always ends up sweeter.
Brielle and the boys having a tea party.
Christian turned 6 this month so we had a sports themed party for him. We invited 12 friends, but 4 showed up. He was a little dissapoint, but still had a blast.
Christian and his football cake.
The birthday crew.
Brielle and I had a girls day yesterday. We went and watched our friend's daughter dance in a competion. Brielle loved every minute! She sat through a lot of preformances. Afterward I took her to luhcn and she was so happy to have me all to herself she could barely contain it.
Gabby dancing (she's in the middle)
Gabby and her team did so well! Great job Gabby Girl!!

Welcome to the family Luke and Yoda!

This last weekend we got to calves. They are very young and have to be bottle fed. I wasn't able to get great pictures because my camera batteries died and we can't find the charger...bad combo! Anyway I got these taken with my cell phone. The kids are really loving farm life and Brielle is getting very attached to the "moos" aka cows.
I had to post this one because Brielle is taking her babies everywhere! She took over the sock basket and made it in to a boat or car...we haven't figured out all her language yet!
